My experience was quite disappointing. Navigating to the hotel was a hassle, with the Google Maps location leading me farther than expected, making my arrival stressful. Upon entering the property, the reception felt more like a makeshift table in a kitchen than a welcoming hotel lobby, adding to the confusion. During breakfast, the staff's indifference was frustrating, with limited options, and I felt unwelcome when they questioned my order.

The reception area feels like an afterthought. it’s just a table with a computer!!! The road leading here is quite the ordeal, honking at cows for 15 minutes isn't ideal!!! Communication barriers could also use some attention!!! The lack of basic amenities made the experience feel incomplete.

The views from my Double Room were fine! I loved the cozy vibe, and the breakfast was a delicious Colombian style feast. The staff treated us like family, and the early check-in was a lifesaver. It felt like a true getaway with amazing fresh air and warm service. 🌄
